Stanwix Rural Civil Parish


Stanwix Rural Civil Parish is located in the Carlisle distriict of Cumbria, to the north-east of Carlisle city centre. The parish includes the settlements of Houghton, Low Crosby, High Crosby, Brunstock, Linstock, Tarraby, Rickerby and part of Harker. The parish had a population of 2,923 at the time of the 2011 Census. The ancient Parish of Stanwix covered a larger geographical area.
