North Gosforth


North Gosforth is a suburb and civil parish in the City of Newcastle upon Tyne, which includes Brunton Park, Melton Park, East Brunton and North Brunton. In the northern boundry of the civil parish, close to Wideopen, is the Sacred Heart Church of 1865 (Grade II listed). The remains of the medieval North Gosforth Chapel (Grade II* listed) are located in the Melton Park housing estate.
