Milbourne Arms, Denton Holme


The Milbourne Arms is a public house located at the south end of Milbourne Street by Junction Street, in Denton Holme, Carlisle. It was built 1852-1853.[1] The pub was acquired by the State Management Scheme in August 1916 and sold to Greenall Whitley on 22 May 1973.[2] Over the years, it has been known as the Milbourne Arms Inn and the Milbourne Arms Hotel. The building is Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England.
