The Town Hall, now under the banner of 'LocalLinks', hosts a Library, Tourist Information, Alston Moor Parish Council, and Archives of the Alston Moor Historical Society. There are also rooms for hire. Alston Town Hall is a registed charity, for which the Parish Council is the sole trustee. The building is Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England.
