River Lune (County Durham)


The Lune is a river in County Durham which is a tributary to the River Tees. The Lune rises close to Lune Head Farm at the confluence of Lune Head Beck and Long Grain. The river flows eastward through Lunedale to feed Selset Reservoir and Grassholme Reservoir, before joining the River Tees near Mickleton.
