Nos. 112-118 (even), Pilgrim Street, Newcastle. Built c.1902, by C. E. Oliver in a Free Baroque style, for the Consett Iron Company. The building is Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England. At 2019, the building hosted Solutions Recruitment ltd. and Newcastle Council's Housing Advice Centre. The offices were refurbish and available for rent (May, 2026), under the name of Yorkshire Chambers.
