Community Shop and Post Office
The Community Shop and Post Office in Nenthead was originally a reading room built by the London Lead Company in 1855 and enlarged in 1859. It was later an Over 60s Rest Room. Now the building is a community owned co-operative, providing the village with a retail outlet and post office. This is a Grade II Listed building on the National Heritage List for England.
