Longburgh


Longburgh is a village in the City of Carlisle district of Cumbria, located about half a mile west of Burgh by Sands, and just over 5 miles north-west of the centre of Carlisle.

LONGBURGH, a township, in the parish of Burgh-upon-the-Sands, union of Carlisle, ward, and E. division of the county, of Cumberland, 6¼ miles (W.N.W.) from Carlisle; containing 124 inhabitants.
