Garsdale Bridge by Farfield Mill

Garsdale Bridge is located a short distance north-west of Farfield Mill, about a mile east of the town of Sedbergh. It carries a minor road over Clough River. The bridge is thought to date from the 17th century and was partly rebuilt and altered in the 19th century. The stone bridge has a single span, in a Tudor-arched shape. There is a stone bridge marker engraved with "WR" (West Riding). It is Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England and is also within the Farfield Mill Conservation Area.
