Commercial Union House, Pilgrim Street
Commercial Union House was an 8 story office block, with a large projecting tower over Pilgrim Street in Newcastle. The Brutalist-style building was designed by Howell Brooks Tucker & Partners and completed in 1971. Demolished 2022.
