Church of St Michael, Skelton
St Michael's Church is located on the eastern edge of Skelton in Cumbria. The church is of Medieval origin, probably of the 13th century. Most of the church was rebuilt in 1794, but retaining its Medieval tower. St Michael's Church is a Grade II listed building on the National Heritage List for England. The Lych Gate to the church was built in 1920 to commemorate those lost in the First World War.
