Smallhope Burn is a small river in County Durham, which is a tributary of the River Browney, which eventualy feeds into the River Wear. Smallhope Burn is 20 km long, with a catchment area of 42.2 km2.[1] The burn flows through Lanchester, just before its confluence with the River Browney.
