The building is being shored up by three large wooden beams. There is a building in the background. Collection : Local Studies Source of Information : The yard or entry was named after Wasteneys Smith an engineering firm based at 39 Close. The firm moved to Sandhill in c.1881 hence being named 'Wasteneys Old Place'.
