"House, part of terrace. Circa 1820. English garden wall bond brick with ashlar basement and dressings; Welsh slate roof. Basement, 3 storeys and attic; 2 bays. 6-panelled door and fanlight in doorcase of panelled pilasters and broken pediment. Wedge stone lintels to renewed windows with sill bands to ground and first floors and second-floor projecting stone sills...."
