RC Church of Our Lady, Esh Winning


The Church of Our Lady Queen of Martyrs is a Roman Catholic church located in Esh Winning, County Durham. The Gothic Revival style church was built in 1883 by William de Normanville and William Fox, incorporating the chancel and presbytery of an earlier church of 1871 by T J Wilson, which had been damaged by a fire in 1881.[1] The church is Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England.
