Old Schoolmaster's House and Schoolroom
The former Schoolmaster's house and old schoolroom are adjacent to St Helen's Church in Longhorsley. The old school room is a single story building dating from the late 17th or early 18th Century. This was the school and parish room up until 1751, and still has its original bell tower. The attached Schoolmaster's house is two story and dates from 1751 and was refronted in c.1850. The former Schoolmaster's house and old schoolroom are Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England. The old school room is now a holiday let.
