Nos. 12 and 13 Market Place, NatWest Bank


Nos. 12 and 13, Market Place in Durham was built in 1876, by Gibson, for the National Provincial Bank of England. In 1970, National Provincial Bank merged with the Westminster Bank to form National Westminster Bank. It now trades as NatWest. The building is Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England.
