No 18, Fisher Street


No 18, Fisher Street in Carlisle dates from the late 18th century. The building, with Flemish bond brickwork, was originally 2 houses, later divided into shop units. Long Lane runs along the west side of the building. No 18, is a multi-let, with a number of units/offices. Currently (at 2025), the ground floor hosts the Fisher Street Galleries and The Lane Bar (the bar opened 2011 and has it's entrance on Long Lane). No 18, Fisher Street is a Grade II* listed building on the National Heritage List for England.
