Mansergh Community Hall

Mansergh Community Hall serves the community of Mansergh Civil Parish and beyond. It is run as a registerd charity, hosting community events, and the rooms are also available for private hire. The building, in Mansergh, is the former Rigmaden School and school house, which was built in 1839, endowed by Christopher Wilson of Rigmaden Hall. The school closed in 1946 and the building later became used as the parish hall. The building is Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England. Before this school was built, a schoolmaster was recorded in Mansergh in 1646.[1]
