The building dates from the 18th century, originally a house with barn range / stable block; it was later converted into a hotel; now providing rooms on a B&B or self-catering basis (at 2021). Lowbyer Manor Country House is a Grade II listed building on the National Heritage List for England. The Coach House was recently renovated and provides self-catering acommodation.
