Hemscott Hill

Hemscott Hill (Hemscotthill on some maps) is a farm/hamlet in Druridge Bay, Northumberland, located just over a mile north of Cresswell. Nearby are the Hemscott Hill Links. The farmhouse at Hemscott Hill Farm is a Grade II listed building, as are the 19th century farm buildings. There is an unusual Second World War Pillbox by the roadside on Hemscott Hill and Anti-Tank Barriers by the Links.
