Greenhead, Stanhope


Greenhead (aka Green Head) is a hamlet / farm located about 1 mile west of Stanhope, in County Durham. The farmhouse (Greehead Hall) here dates from the 17th century and is Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England. Greenhead Cottage is located a short distance north-west of the Hall. To the south-east is Middle Greenhead and Lower Greenhead Farm.
