Duddon Civil Parish


Duddon Parish is located in the South Lakeland district of Cumbria. Most of the parish is within the Lake District National Park, and stretches from the summit of Wrynose Pass in the North to the Duddon Estuary on Morecambe Bay in the South. Duddon incorporates the old parishes of Broughton West, Seathwaite with Dunnerdale and Angerton[1] (which had a combined population of 1,049 in the 2011 Census). Settlements in the parish include the town of Broughton-in-Furness and the hamlets of, Angerton, Broughton Mills, Cockley Beck, Dunnerdale, Seathwaite, Ulpha, and Woodland.
