Clairville Stadium (demolished 2015)

Clairville Stadium in Middlesbrough was officially opened on the 26th July, 1963, by the Duke of Edinburgh. The last athletics event at the stadium was held on the 23rd of October, 2014. The stadium was demolished in 2015 after a descision to build a sports village elsewhere in Middlesbrough. Housing has since been built on the site of the former Clairville Stadium.
