Carlisle United F.C.

On the 17th of May 1904, Shaddongate United changed the team's name to Carlisle United Football Club. The teams history can be traced back to at least 1896, when Shaddongate United F.C. were winners of the Carlisle Association Charity Shield. The team moved to their current Ground at Brunton Park in 1909.
