Black Combe Junior School is located on Moor Road in Millom, Cumbria. The school has about 100 pupils aged from 7 to 11.[1] The school opened in 1970; before that children went to schools at Holborn Hill and Lapstone Road, established in the 1870s.[2] Today's school takes it's name from the nearby famous Black Combe hill and fell.
