Barrows Green is a hamlet in the South Lakeland district of Cumbria, located about 2 miles south of Kendal and about half a mile from the village of Nantland. The Punch Bowl public house is located by the A65 road in Barrows Green. The sellement forms part of Stainton Civil Parish.
