Baltic Chambers

Baltic Chambers is located on the corner of Broad Chare and Quayside in Newcastle. The building dates from the early 20th century. It was empty and derelict in the 1980s. Then it was renovated and extended in 1991, with the addition of a corner tower (with apartment in the 'turret'). Baltic Chambers is Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England.
