Abberwick Mill

Abberwick Mill is an early 19th century water powered mill by the River Aln. The mill was in working order until about 1925.[1] The mill and associated stable/granary are a Grade II listed building. The mill complex also has a Mill House and a corn drying kiln, both also Grade II listed. The parish records of Edlingham mention earlier mills in the early 18th century and a fulling mill in 1569.[2]
