No. 21 Mosley Street, Newcastle was built in 1906 by Fred T. Walker for The Edinburgh Life Assurance Co. The former offices are now part of the Grey Street Hotel, and the ground floor is Leila Lily's restaurant (at 2022). The building is Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England. It's rear left entrance is in No. 10 Grey Street.
