Wormanby Farm


Wormanby Farm is located about ½mile south-east of Burgh by Sands. The farmhouse at Wormandy is dated 1772, with a further date of 1850 and inscription G.B. over it's entrance. It is situated by he road to Burgh by Sands, which is also part of Hadrian's Cycleway (National Cycle Route 72). The farmhouse is a Grade II listed building on the National Heritage List for England.
