Whittonstall Sproats

Whittonstall Sproats is a hamlet located about ¼mile south-west of the village of Whittonstall. In addition to Sproats Farm, there are farm cottages and a couple of houses. There are remains of bell pits here, probably dating to the 17th or 18th century.
