War Memorial, Crosscrake


Crosscrake War Memorial is located in the churchyard of St Thomas' Church in Crosscrake, and visible from Shyreakes Lane. The memorial is a Latin cross mounted onto a tapered shaft with a plinth and two-stepped base. It is inscribed with the names of 8 local servicemen who lost their lives in the First World War, and 1 who died in the Second World War. The memorial was restored and rededicated by Revd. Ian Swift,in a service on the 9th August 2015.
