Teams

Teams is a suburb of Gateshead, immediately west of Bensham and east of Dunston, and roughly ½ mile from the centre of Gateshead. It is situated by the confluence of the River Team with the River Tyne. The A184 road divides the area; to the east of the A184 is Low Teams and Eslington Park. There is a mixture of 19th century terrace housing and several newer housing developments such as Staithes South Bank. To the south is the Team Valley Trading Estate.
