Rose Inn, Rosehill Bank

The Rose Inn is a public house located on Rosehill Bank in the Rosehill area of Wallsend. The ornate terracotta two storey public house opened in 1913, replacing the "old" Rose Inn, which closed on 6th February 1913 and transferred its licence here. By local tradition, the building is said to be haunted![1] The Rose Inn is on the 'Local List' of buildings and parks that are of special local architectural and historic interest for North Tyneside.
