Ros Castle (hill), nr Hepburn


Ros Hill is known as 'Ros Castle' because its summit is the site of an Iron Age hill fort. It is the highest point on the Chillingham Hills. The site was gifted to the National Trust in 1936 in memory of Sir Edward Grey. Limited access / rough terrain.
