Stucco and roughcast over stone; the farm buildings of exposed rubble, partly whitewashed; graduated slate roofs. House: 2 storeys, 3:2 windows to 1st floor, 3/4 outshut to rear. Farmbuildings in U-shaped group: barn/cow house of 2 storeys and 8 bays across north end of yard, 1-storey wings project to south...."
