Walbottle Campus

  • Description

"Walbottle Campus was formed in 1973 (though officially opened in 1960) by the Tyne and Wear County Council. The school was formed by the merger of Walbottle East High School, Walbottle West High School and Walbottle Grammar. The new building, costing £35 million, was opened in 2008, replacing the three former buildings. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walbottle_Campus" Photo by Andrew Curtis, 2013.
