Cottage beside River Gaunless

  • Description

"The cottage stands beside the bridge carrying the B6282 over the River Gaunless, on its north bank. The area was the location of a lead smelt mill and the Copley Chimney which carried waste gases from the process stands on the rise beyond the trees and out of view."
