"Offices. Dated 1924-8 on corner at top. By Tait Burnet and Lorne, with L. J. Couves and Partners for North Eastern Electric Supply Co. Portland stone with granite and Frosterley marble doorcase; lead corner turret roof. 7 storeys, 28 bays and left 3-bay rounded corner. Central 4 bays contain steps up to 3 double doors, flanked by fat adapted Greek Doric columns..."
