  • Description

The Journal 5 December 2004. The Sunday Sun's Pauline Holt finds out why.... this fabulous sculpture is not due to be unveiled as the centrepiece of the redeveloped Miners' Welfare Park in Horden, County Durham, until next year. William's flower is part of a massive £1.37m restoration project backed by the Heritage Lottery Fund...."
