    Item title reads: " Two Magnificent New Roads - Opened - 4 ½ mile Newcastle to Tynemouth coast road, costing £168,000 opened by Minister of Transport. Mr. Baldwin opens £500,000 ten miles "non-skid" Kingston by-pass. Kingston, Surrey Mr. Baldwin poses with two women, who each have a bouquet. He walks over towards the road with others, and takes the official scissors offered from a box. He cuts the ribbon and gives a speech.
