    Photo, early 20th Century. A view from the foreshore up to a large detached house with slate roof, small low wall in front and Trellised entrance porch with vegetation. Bay windows to ground floor. The house was called East View and was the home of John Pennington in 1910. This house has recently been completely demolished and a new build erected. (Planning application B13/2016/0357).
