    "This fountain and memorial are located in the area in the centre of the roundabout formed by the junction of the A7 and Castle Way roads in central Carlisle and is accessed via the underpasses which cross under the roads. JR Creighton was a former mayor of Carlisle, the monument is grade 2 listed and was erected in 1898." Photo by Graham Robson, 2012.
