"Holywell House 5/8/81 (formerly listed as Former Holywell Farmhouse, including abutting cottages) II Farmhouse, now private house. Mid-late C18 of several builds possibly incorporating C17 core; C19 and C20 alterations. Narrow hand-made brick in irregular English garden wall bond; coursed rubble rear wing. Renewed pantiled roof on main section and Welsh slate roof on cottage....."
