Old Town (Rochester & Byrness)

Old Town is a farm in Northumberland, located about 1 mile south of Otterburn and 10 mils south-east of Rochester. There are holiday cottages by the farm. The 1860 Northumberland Farm Index lists Old Town under Troughend township in the ancient parish of Elsdon. Today, Old Town is part of Rochester and Byrness Civil Parish.
