This old milestone, by the B6256 road, is located about 100 metres east of Killington New Bridge. It indicates 7¾ miles to B.B. (Borrow Bridge) and 8¾ to K.L. (Kirkby Lonsdale). The milestone dates from the early to mid 19th century. It is Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England.
