Murton Hall, Cumbria


Murton Hall is a large house in Murton, Cumbria. It dates from the 14th century, with later additions and alterations. The Hall, now a farmhouse, is located to the east side of the village, accessed via a ford over Murton Beck. Murton Hall is Grade II* listed on the National Heritage List for England.
