Lime kiln near Northrigg Hill

There is an old lime kiln south of Northrigg Hill Farm. It is close to Pike Hill Signal Station and can be seen from the road that forms part of Hadrian's Wall Path / Cycle Route 72. The limekiln is presumably of 19th or early 20th century construction.
