Glenwhelt House & Cottage

Glenwhelt house and cottage are located on Glenwhelt Bank to the east of Greenhead on the B6318 road after it crosses Tipalt Burn. The house is dated 1757 above the doorway, but thought to incorporate late C16-early C17 remains - possibly of a bastle house.[1] Glenwhelt House & Cottage are Grade II listed.
